On today's show we have a long time friend of mine, Jessica Scheuer. 

She is a mother to three, a wife, a photographer, and a survivor of a trauma filled childhood. 

In this episode she shares her journey to healing & sobriety to better herself mentally and physically for, not only her family, but for herself.

She also highly recommends trying EMDR therapy as well as Neurofeedback/Biofeedback therapy if you find yourself struggling physically and mentally with past traumas. Sometimes taking that extra step to healing yourself includes more than going to a therapist and talking. Our bodies are holding so much stress and trauma physically as well as mentally.
